Viton Seals & O‑Rings

Viton rubber seal is a high-performance seal made from a synthetic fluoroelastomer known for its excellent resistance to heat, chemicals, oils, and fuels. We work with Synthetic, Neoprene, Nitrile, Natural, Viton (FKM) and Silicone rubbers. Material selection is guided by your operating temperature, media/chemical exposure, hardness and mechanical requirements.

Yes. We manufacture to customer drawings/specs and can reverse-engineer from a physical sample. We support prototyping, PPAP documentation (on request), and small pilot runs before bulk.

Standard parts ship in 7–14 days. New tool development/prototypes usually take 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and approvals.

For repeat parts, MOQs are flexible. For new developments, MOQs depend on tooling and material batch size; we’ll share the most economical breakpoint during quotation.

We follow I.S. & B.S. standards with batch-wise checks for hardness, tensile, elongation, dimensions and visual finish. Traceability is maintained from raw compound to finished goods.

Yes. We recommend Silicone for high temperature and Viton (FKM) for fuels, oils and aggressive chemicals. Our team will propose the right compound for your application.

Deflashing, trimming, surface finish control, adhesive bonding, and special packing. On request, we provide markings/lot codes and custom kitting.
